Low-Power Busway System
E-Line KY-S Busway Systems are designed for buildings and industrial facilities that require lighting and outlet circuits, as well as small electrical machinery and equipment that operate on three-phase and/or single-phase energy with 40A and 63A. The KY-S Busway, with its 10A–16A tap-off plugs and 32A tap-off boxes, is manufactured using fully automated machinery that integrates the latest technology, in compliance with ISO 9001 quality assurance standards.
The product is designed in accordance with IEC 61439-6 and has undergone extensive testing. The busway housing is made of pre-galvanized sheet metal; however, upon request, it can also be produced with a RAL 7038 painted finish.

E-Line KY-S
It is used for provide electrical energy to single circuit lighting circuits and emergency lighting circuits with machines that requires low-power at factories, offices and autoparks.
For a single housing, it has 2,3,4,5 and 6 conductors with the oppurtunity to use as single and three phase.
E-Line KY-S DALI
It is used for provide electrical energy to single circuit DALI controlled automation circuits and lighting fixture.
For a single housing, it has 6 conductors with the oppurtunity to use as single and three phase.
KY-S Busbar Advantages and Features
- Copper conductor with current ratings as 40A and 63A
- Inside of a busway housing, different number of conductor options up to 6 on a side.
- If requested, RAL 7038 electrostatic oven-dried busway housing on the galvanized sheet.
- There are 3 output windows at one side on a standard 3 meter length busway as well as 4 output windows at one side on a 4 meter length busway and 1 output window at one side on a 1 meter length busway.
- Slider type joint cap at joint points on the busway can ease montage process without a need of screw or any hand tool.
- It is coated fully with non-flame propagating isolation material on tin-plated copper conductors.
- Has a structure to minimize current resistance at joint points and blocks overheating at contact points with its silver plated spring contacts.
- Tap-off plugs that has different colors depending on phases with special lock mechanism
- Tap-off plugs and boxes are designed to prevent misuse and shock by electricity by different adressing structures.
- Different colors has been used on tap-off plugs and boxes which located on cap, housing and cable entry point connectors to make it clear to see phase, function and features of it.
- It is compatible to use in all inside building ceilings, wall and colon applications with flexible turn modüles and its attachments
- It has clean earth CPE option.
