Transportation and distribution of electricity were used to be provided by paralleling several large sized cables. In order to support these cables in the buildings, there must be a lot of cable trays, cable ladders, under-floor cable trays, etc. Applications of cables, such as, fixing to cable channels, branching, connecting, calculating distances between cables for heat dissipation, adjusting difference lengths, etc. need special expert workers, more time, more effort, which means more money. Busways can be applied to any kind of building due to its modular structure. Busway trunking systems have the advantage of expansion, route change, replacement, and re-using capability in the future. According to the future needs, the design of the busway system can be changed easily or fully/partially moved to another location.
During the design stage of a facility, busway Systems reduce the number of cable trays, distribution boards, dimensions of main panel boards, MCBs, and MCCBs in panel boards and eliminate all the accessories of cable Systems.
Installation time is much shorter than cable systems. This provides low installation and human-power costs and helps for better time management.

During the design stage of the building, busway systems;
Conductive materials form magnetic field when electric current flowing is through them. Magnetic field is related to magnitude of current, distance between conductors and conductor body. In cases where low EMC values are mandatory (health centers, offices, data centers etc.), it is very important to minimize the magnetic induction value. Busway systems with their aluminum or sheet metal bodies, compact structures and the configuration of the conductors in housing help significantly reduce the electromagnetic fields formed. Complete range of EAE Busway products are tested for EMC certificates. EMC measurements made on custom designed EAE Busway systems showed that using aluminium housing decreases the EMC and potential hazard levels.
