The E-LINE UKS range of pre-galvanized snap-on trays are manufactured according to TSE and ISO 10143 standard. They are manufactured in standard 3 m lengths. It is designed to support cable installations in indoor spaces of facilities and buildings.

- UK Cable trays are manufactured with Pre-Galvanized sheet metal.
- The sheet material undergoes a hot-dip method in the pre-production phase, resulting in a total zinc coating thickness of approximately 10-14μm on both surfaces.
- Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with TS EN 10346 and TS EN 10143 standards.
- Can be used in areas classified as C1 and C2 corrosion categories.
Flexible Module
Flexible module which is specially designed and manufactured for our product range of cable trays, has flexibility of up to 90 ° which allows the Cable Trays to be installed quickly and with ease at the desired angle.
What is Pre-galvanized Cable Tray?
During the production phase, the sheet material is passed through the rollers in the hot-dip pool and becomes ready after it is produced with a smooth but with minimum 10 microns and maximum 14 microns coating thickness surface. It has varieties according to the coating thickness and the hardness value of the sheet.

- Side heights are available in dimensions of 40-50-60-75-100 mm.
- Universal Cable Carriers with a width of up to 50-100-150-200 mm are made of 0.8-1 mm thick sheet metal, those with a width of up to 300 mm are 1.2 mm thick, and those with a width of up to 300-400-500-600 mm are made of 1.5-2 mm thick galvanized sheet metal.

- Produced in widths of 100-200-300 mm at 0.7 mm thickness and 400-500-600 mm in 0.9 mm thickness.
- Special shapes and materials used on the channel allow it to carry approximately the same load as classic thickness products.
- Side heights are available in dimensions of 40-50-60-75-100 mm.
- Side height products of 75mm and 100mm are with overlapping covers.

- Standard length is 3050 mm.
- Self-locking joint assembly produced in widths of 100-200-300 mm at 0.7 mm thickness and 400-500-600 mm in 0.9 mm thickness.
