Product General Features
- CT Cable Trays are made from black steel sheet.
- The steel material undergoes a hot-dip galvanizing process during the production stage, resulting in an average total zinc coating thickness of 45-55μm on both surfaces.
- It is produced in accordance with TS EN ISO 1461 standards.
- It can be used in areas with C3, C4, C5 and C6 corrosion categories with coating thickness and paint usage varying according to the corrosion category.
Flexible Module
Flexible modules which is specially designed and manufactured for our product range of cable trays, has flexibility of up to 90 ° which allows the Cable Trays to be installed quickly and easily at the desired angle.

- 0.7 mm thickness is used with a width of 100-200-300 mm and 0.9 mm is used with a width of 400-500-600 mm.
- Manufactured as hot dipped in accordance with the standard TS EN ISO 1461.
- Thanks to the special form of the tray and the raw materials used, it has the capability to support almost the same load as products with customary thickness.

- Supplied in widths of 50/100/150/200/250/300/400/500/600 mm (optional widths of 700-800-900 mm available on request).
- Hot dipped in accordance with the standard TS EN ISO 1461, followed by EAE-specific special protective coating of hot dipping.
- Features holes with a diameter of 20.5 mm at the center of the cable tray, enabling the installation of various accessories (facilitates quick assembly of devices such as lighting panels, fire detectors, etc.).
- Ample variety of accessories.
- Available in lengths of 3000 mm (optional lengths of 6000 mm).
